Stop It With the Flip Flops in the Winter

Ok, so I know its not winter yet, but as we are approaching it rather quickly, can I please stop seeing people wearing a hoodie, sweatpants, hat, and maybe even gloves and then flip flops???? WHYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!???? SMDH When I was in college, I had seen it 1 to many times!!
